Vendor negotiation is a process where by we choose the right vendor to provide right type of service for you. eg when it comes to food, we conduct food taste with you to know your liking. We invite number of caterers for this taste and choose the ones whose food had appealed to you. Once the right vendors are chosen we negotiate pricing and choose the final caterer for you. As your event planner we ensure that you are safe from being over charged or taken for granted by local vendors.
Not at all. In fact we earn from our set ups and other activities which are available with us and charge you certain fee as event management fee. You would perhaps end up paying extra if you had booked the vendors by yourself. How to book an event formally with you ? After intense interaction with our planners and after you develop absolute trust on our abilities, you need to pay an advance amount of INR 25, 000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand only)to formally book the event with us. You can pay this amount by cash or by cheque or transfer it through bank or make a Western Union money transfer. This amount is non refundable and will be adjusted against the total costing of the event at the end. Can I cancel the event after booking it formally with you ? As a business policy, you will forfeit all your payments made to Event Mantra in case of a cancellation from your side. But some times there are genuine grounds which call for a cancellation and in those cases after taking collective decision full/part refund can be made.
